Attorneys for a woman involved in a domestic case with former TCSO Deputy Joshua Wood sent a subpoena to the sheriff’s office July 27 for records including Wood’s personnel file, jail incident reports, investigative reports and “dead files” about Wood.

Phil Lakin says he’s trekked to the top of mountains 14,000 feet high or higher at least 100 times, including all such protrusions in Colorado. He’s also done Mount Rainier twice, the Grand Tetons, made it to the base camp at Mount Everest and to the top of Cotopaxi.

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office hired a nurse employed by its medical contractor to oversee the company in 2014. Since then, at least seven prisoners have died from various causes but she has produced no reports about the deaths, records show.
