Is there anything sexier than an update to the city’s zoning code?
Well, yes. But that doesn’t mean the zoning code isn’t important. And, perhaps unsurprisingly, Average Joe Tulsan doesn’t know much about it.
Following several public meetings, the Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (TMAPC) is set to provide a summary of their recommendations at the City Council Work session on Thursday.
This week, Kevin Canfield and I sought out a few Tulsans as they shopped in Brookside, and tested their zoning code knowledge.
