The city of Tulsa plans to expend as much as $135.5 million on Vision Tulsa economic development projects in the next two years. The funds will come from the sale of revenue bonds and Vision Tulsa sales tax collections. Among the projects to be funded include the Gilcrease Museum, upper left, the ???, the pedestrian bridge over the Arkansas River; and the USA-BMX facilities at the Evans-Fintube sites.
