Remember Vision 2025?
Apparently, not everyone does. In the latest installment of Street Beat, we ask people what they know about the program and the city’s plan to renew it.
Here’s a few hints: Vision 2025 is a countywide sales tax overwhelmingly approved by voters in 2003. It funded a bunch of projects intended to improve the quality of life of county residents and generate economic development.
The sales tax is set to expire at the end of 2016, and each municipality within the county has decided to create its own renewal package.
Tulsa is no exception.
