After The Frontier requested copies of inmate mortality reviews under Sheriff Vic Regalado, TCSO said they aren’t public. That decision came one day after the Sheriff’s Office was found liable in the 2011 death of Elliott Williams.

But that idea was scrapped in late 2014 after an inspection found that the reconstructed bridge could not be built as planned.
For much of the last few years, visualizing A Gathering Place For Tulsa has been a more theoretical effort. Not so much anymore.
