The Tulsa City Council and the Mayor’s Office begin receiving public input today on proposed projects to be included in a Vision 2025 sales tax renewal.
The first meeting is Monday at 6 p.m. in City Council chambers of City Hall, Second Street and Cincinnati Ave.
Three other public hearings are scheduled for later in the month: July 16 at noon, July 21 at noon and July 28 at 6 p.m.
For complete information on the public meetings, go to www.cityoftulsa.org/vision.
And be sure to check out Dr. Vector’s video on the importance of the public input process.
District 4 City Councilor Blake Ewing took office in 2011. When not playing Dr. Phillip Vector, he is a strong advocate for boosting the city’s sales-tax revenue by growing the private sector and investing wisely in public projects.
