Oklahoma is one of a number of states that requires convicted felons to finish their full sentence before returning their voting rights. In some states, convicted felons are barred from voting for life.
The videos were released by the department on Monday after a court order that had barred the public from viewing them were released. They show the first on-duty fatal shooting of a Tulsa police officer in more than two decades.
