Councilors, mayor refine Vision 2025 renewal proposal down to $1 billion; more work to be done

The mayor and city councilors are scheduled to meet again the first week of January to further refine the proposal, which must be presented to the Tulsa County Election Board by early February to allow for an April 5 vote.
