Joshua Barre, 29, was shot and killed June 9 during an encounter with two Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office deputies and one Tulsa Police Officer during a mental health call.
The law enforcers involved — TPD officer Donnie Johnson, 32, and TCSO deputies Will Ramsey, 41, and Brandon Walker, 49, have since been placed on administrative leave with pay with their respective departments.
Here are the videos released by TPD following the shooting. The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office does not have body cameras or dashboard cameras, so that agency recorded no video.
