The 60-acre site proposed for the construction of an outlet mall at 61st Street and Highway 61 has been sold to the George Kaiser Family Foundation for $2.95 million. The plan is to have River Parks Authority purchase the land so it can become a permanent part of the River Parks Turkey Mountain Wilderness Area. DYLAN GOFORTH/The Fronter
